Secretary - Role
A summary of the responsibilities of this position

The Secretary has the primary responsibility of recording the minutes of the monthly Executive Board meetings as well any special meetings that require their presence.  However, the Secretary also has the responsibility of temporarily assuming the role of the President should the President and the Executive Vice President be able to perform their duties.  The Secretary is charged with keeping records of communications sent to the club that must be brought before the Executive Board for discussion and resolution.
