VP Travel - League Contact - Role
A summary of the responsibilities of this position
One of two VPs for EUSA’s Travel Program, the VP of Travel / League Contact is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Travel teams that are part of EUSA during the course of each Fall and Spring season. All teams (players and coaches) must submit the paperwork required by the leagues they participate in to the VP of Travel / League Contact who reviews and initially approves the paperwork before it is submitted to the appropriate league for final approval required for the teams to play. The scheduling of games and meetings that representatives of each travel team must attend is coordinated by the VP of Travel / League Contact. Together with the other VP of Travel, the VP of Travel / League Contact is responsible for developing the procedures used by the Travel Program as well as ensure that all club policies are followed by those members of the EUSA Travel Program.
